A massive fire broke out Wednesday evening at an RV storage facility near Chandler, Arizona, destroying ten recreational vehicles and alarming local residents.

 

The blaze ignited around 6 p.m. near Kyrene Road and Allison Road, just south of the Loop 202 Santan Freeway on the Gila River Indian Reservation.

 

Firefighters from the Gila River Fire Department, together with crews from neighboring departments, quickly responded and escalated the incident to a first-alarm fire to bring in extra resources.

 

The flames were fully extinguished by 6:30 p.m., and no injuries were reported.

 

Authorities are still investigating what caused the fire, which left several RV owners devastated by the sudden loss of their vehicles.
